The challenge
Before implementing Canary7, Meteor Space had various different management systems, however, none of them were able to provide them with the solutions they needed. With Meteor having a very diverse range of customers, they needed a solution that would allow them to operate their warehouse differently for each client, which Canary7 gave them the freedom to do.
Another major challenge for Meteor Space was automation. Before implementing Canary7, Meteor Space had used a number of different Warehouse Management Systems, none of which offered them the opportunity to automate their warehouse operations. With the help of Canary7, Meteor Space were able to automate numerous time consuming tasks, which not only sped up their processes but also reduced the amount of human errors being made.
